Senior Community Outreach
First Christian Church – Covington has been leading worship services & Bible studies in senior living communities. Currently, we sponsor a member-led Bible study at the Panorama Apartments on Monday afternoons.
LGBTQ+ Ministry
As an open and inclusive faith community, First Christian Church – Covington has participated in several local Pride events, including the Northern Kentucky Pride Week, the NKY Pride Parade, and NKY Pride festival. In 2019, 2021, and 2022 we were thankful to participate in the NKY Pride Interfaith Gathering – a beautiful gathering of leadership from a variety of faith groups. Joining in these community gatherings are just some of the ways we work to represent First Christian Church’s value of inclusion.
Donation Ministry
Throughout the year, First Christian Church – Covington will collect and donate a myriad of items to local shelters, such as the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky, the Welcome House, and the Women’s Crisis Shelter.
