NKY PRIDE AWARDS
The NKY Pride Community Awards recognize up to 2 finalists and 1 award winner in each category. The 7-person judging committee assessed the commitment and impact of each nominee based on the nomination and nominee’s response. First Christian Church was nominated for an award and named a finalist.
The finalists and the award winner will be recognized at the NKY Pride Community Awards on October 24th at Hotel Covington. The Community Awards will be emceed by Kentucky Fairness Campaign Executive Director, Chris Hartman. Doors at 2:30 and awards presentation at 3:30.
As an aside, the judges requested that we add a new category in 2022 that specifically recognizes places of worship and that change will be made in the future.
